Thoughts about the New Year!

Coming into 2014 there are so many things to think about, like what's going to be different this year, why will it be better, what do you want to succeed at, etc. So my main thing I've been thinking about is what does 2014 have fore the beauty world? What color is going to be the "color of the year" or what's going to be the new trend? For me, I love to be in my own little world and most of the time I'm far behind when it comes to the new trends with fashion and makeup and a lot of it has to do with no TV and a new baby. Before I had the baby I really had no excuse except for the fact is I would always tell myself "what's the point, there's someone better than me anyways."

This year I'm not doing that. I have a passion and desire to do makeup in the industry and ministering to women all over and I'm going for it. I know big things are going to happen this year and I am open and ready for them. The second chances I deserve I'm taking them and I know I have plenty of people to back me up. I have to learn to balance my time and baby with all that is makeup, youtube, social media, etc. I have to be on top of things so that I can grow in this field that so many wonderful and beautiful people have succeeded at. I appreciate all who have subscribed to my channel, all those who take the time to read my blogs and those who may follow me on my daily journeys on all my social media. I just want to encourage those who may have been feeling like me, like there's always someone better so why try. I'll tell you why we continue to try, because what we have to offer may be just as good or even better but most of all it's original. What someone else is amazing at, my amazing is something only I can do and I need to be confident in sharing that.
